Richard Allen Suggs - Accused Of Enticing A Child For Immoral Purposes - Makes Bond

COWARTS: Houston County Sheriff Donald Valenza assigned a team of investigators to reports of an alleged sexual predator in Cowarts.
Over the weekend Deputies and Investigators worked and investigated the alleged crimes of an adult making accusations against Richard Allen Suggs.
Sheriff Valenza assigned some sex crime investigators to the case. The took the suspect, Richard Allen Suggs of 189 Railroad Avenue in Cowarts into Custody on Monday.
After questioning Suggs, he was placed under arrest by Deputy Frank Bissette for Enticing Child To Enter Vehicle - House for Immoral Purposes. A bond was set for $ 100,000.00.
This morning Richard Allen Suggs appeared before the Honorable Benjamin Lewis for arraignment. This is a court appearance where a defendant appears before the Judge VIA television from the Houston County Jail to the Courtroom.
Judge Lewis informed Suggs of his rights, the sentence range, and could he afford an attorney.
Suggs, employed with Piggly Wiggly, is on workmen’s compensation leave. Suggs told Judge Lewis he made less than $ 400 a week for workmen’s compensation due to a work related injury.
UNCONFIRMED INFORMATION is that when questioned by Houston County Sheriff Investigators Suggs confessed of his intentions. Houston County Sheriff Donald Valenza, in a press conference on Monday, stated that Suggs confessed during the interview that he did have immoral purposes for asking the victim questions: "do you need a ride a home, and do you like to clean houses".

After advising Richard Allen Suggs of his rights, the bond of $ 100,000.00 was made by his wife and mother.

Beware of this creep living on Railroad st in cowarts AL!!! My daughter went for a walk this evening she is 15, this guy came up pulled in front of her in a Toyota Sienna blue van he got out the van went to the back of the van & said hey baby do u need a ride she was literally 20 steps from his home & 3 mins from our house. She told him she did not need a ride, he said well whats your name she said my name is hailie he said well my name is "Joe" she started walking of he got back in the van still basically right at his driveway & then he got back out again & cornered her saying baby u sure u dont need a ride she said naw im good he said well my wife is in the van how about u ride to my house & i will pay u some money to clean my house for me, she said there was nobody else in the van with him at all.. she told him she had to get home he kept on talking then got in van & went to his home parked the van all the way behind his house she ran home & told me.. i called the law made a report but the sad part is being he isnt registered as a sex offender & didnt harm or force her then they can do anything
1st lie was he gave her a false name
2nd was him enticing her
3rd saying his wife was in the van
He kept wanting to know where she lived but this isnt the 1st run in we have had with this man... There was a witness that verified the whole incident!!!! The saddest part is that law enforcement basically cant do anything about it until he puts stuff into action or harms a child!!!!! His real name is Richard Allen Suggs his other names he goes by is : Joe, John, James & BO PLEASE SHARE SHARE SHARE
