SEARCH WARRANT RESULTS IN ARREST FOR METH POSSESSION, INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE

BONIFAY, Fla – A Bonifay man is facing felony drug charges following a search warrant executed by investigators with the Holmes County Sheriff’s Office Tuesday, April 3. Investigators served the warrant around 1:30 Tuesday afternoon at the 411 East Pennsylvania Avenue residence of 42- year-old Johnny R. Flood.
A search of Flood’s person revealed that he was in possession of small, clear bags of prepackaged methamphetamine in the pockets of his shorts. During a search of a back room, investigators also discovered a bag of new syringes, two glass smoking pipes, and digital scales. Flood was arrested for possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and booked into the Holmes County Jail.
