On February 04, 2019, Kendall Ward, a registered Adult Sex Offender, was arrested and charged with violating Adult Sex Offender – Prohibited Residence Locations law.
Due to the nature of Ward’s previous conviction, he violated this law by conducting an overnight visit in the presence of a minor who was prohibited by this code.
