On September 29, 2017, Investigators with HCSO attempted to stop a maroon Ford Taurus at the intersection of Hwy 2 and Hwy 171 utilizing their emergency lights.

The driver who was identified as Frankie Robbins exited the vehicle and threw something in the bushes.... Mr. Robbins was detained and escorted back to the vehicle. A driver license and tag check revealed the tag was on the wrong vehicle and Mr. Robbins license were revoked.
A search of the vehicle was conducted and located in the center console was a syringe loaded with methamphetamine. Mr. Robbins was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic equipment, and fleeing and attempt to elude.
