Slocomb, AL - After a lenghty Investigation by the Slocomb Police Department and a Grand Jury indictment, arrested and charged with Willful Child Abuse under the age of 18 is Vanessa Fuentes.



Also for the same charge, Mitchell Culpepper is wanted by the Slocomb Police Department. If anyone has information on Culpeppers whereabouts please contact your local law enforcement agency.
