  Library Split Three Ways—the boundaries are

  
  

1. 
   

   Inside the circle moved to the Dothan Civic Center

   
   


2. 
   

   Outside the circle between Ross Clark Circle, Denton Rd., Westgate Parkway and Reeves Street moved to Walton Park

   
   


3. 
   

   Between Westgate Parkway, Reeves Street, and the Houston/Henry county line moved to Kinsey Senior Center.

  Water and Electric split in half. One half remained and the other half between Ross Clark Circle, Fortner Street, Trawick Rd., and Flowers Chapel Rd. moved to Mt. Gilead Baptist Church

  Wiregrass Park outside Ross Clark Circle moved to the Houston County Farm Center

  
  


• 
  

  Kinsey Volunteer Fire Department closed and moved to the Kinsey Senior Center.

  Lovetown Fire Department closed and moved to Enterprise Church.
