Traffic Stop Lands Two in Jail on Drug Charges in Hartford

On 1-28-19 Officer Tony Smith initiated a traffic stop on North State Highway 167. A search of the vehicle was conducted by Officer Smith and Officer Allen Hendrickson and a large amount of cash, narcotics and paraphernalia was recovered. Jervorius Riley and Crystal Harvell were placed under arrest by officers.
