Two Runners Apprehended After 8 Months Because Of Great Bondsman Investigations

BARBOUR COUNTY:   For the past eight months A - Advantage Bonding Bail Enforcement Team Brandon Brock, John Stokes, Matt Boster and Kristopher Mobley have been on the scent of two people on the run.

The Bail Enforcement Team has worked investigative leads for Jeffery Turner and Sheique Dothard for a number of months. The leads has taken them to multiple locations in Dothan, Eufaula and Georgetown Georgia.

This morning, through dedicated investigative steps, the A - Advantage Bonding Bail Enforcement Team of Brandon Brock, Matt Boster and Kristopher Mobley were able to catch the duo by surprise in Eufaula and apprehend them.

From the passenger seat of the vehicle Turner attempted to get the vehicle in reverse to flee but the team was quicker then they were.

The Bail Enforcement Team works very hard and diligent in searching for those who fail to appear in court. It is their job to locate and apprehend the persons on the run, taking them into custody, and returning them to the custody of the Sheriff or Chief of Police.

The Bail Enforcement Teams has broader authority than that of law enforcement. They can cross state lines and municipal lines in order to make the arrest. They also have the authority to enter the residence where the fugitives are in order to take them into custody without a search warrant.

Bondsman are of great benefits to the judicial system, those arrested and the families. They help guide persons through the legal maze in making sure they appear at each and every court appearance required. They help them solve issues in the system but they do not provide legal advise.

The A - Advantage Bonding Bail Enforcement Team are not allowed ( by me ) to act like or appear to be the police. At times they do wear bullet proof vests. But we have found if you treat people with respect and have a genuine desire to help them resolve their issues, then the cooperate more.

A - Advantage Bonding, in Houston - Henry and Dale Counties, are here to assist people and help people. But when they run as these two, it is our duty and obligation to pursue them and apprehend them.
