11:18 AM Dothan, AL - There has been a structure fire called in by residents that their home located on Headland Ave in the 2400 block, Between Murray Rd and Technology Dr.
Dothan Fire Chief is on the scene with Dothan Fire Department. Residents have notified Fire Chief that there is propane and ammunition in the home. Will update as more information comes in.

As Dothan Fire we’re responding to the scene smoke could be seen from Ross Clark Circle. This fire attack was defensive mode only. That means it was to dangerous to try and place fireman inside the structure.
Dothan Fire Chief Larry Williams and Deputy Chief Chris Etheridge were on the scene. The scene Command was Batallion Chief Stephen Messer. Dothan Fire Prevention Batallion Chief David Hasty assisted.
Dothan Utilities responded and cut the power. Utilities are heroes and first responders.
