DOTHAN:   9:12 PM.   Dothan 911 Center dispatched Police-Fire-EMS to the corner of East Washington and South Appletree Street to reports of an edged weapon assault. The call to the 911 Center indicated serious/critical injuries.


On the arrival of Dothan Police the call was quickly downgraded to non emergency. Dothan Police reported it was not an edged weapon assault but someone who fell and hit their head on the counter.


Dothan Police is investigating. When I was there no patient had been transported.
