UPDATED and Corrected at 2:16 PM: Vehicle Flees from Houston County Deputies

Houston County Deputies attempt to stop a vehicle.  At that time the vehicle flees from the officers and overturns in the 5000 block of Judge Logue Road.  Fire and EMS are responding at this time.

UPDATED and Correction to the Article at 2:16 PM

Houston County Deputies responded to a disorderly call in the 5000 block of Judge Louge Road. Reports were a male subject was disorderly and off meds wheeling a baseball bat. When deputies arrived at the residence the subject had gotten into a van and took off.

Before Deputies could get turned around the van had ran off the road and was flipping in a nearby field. Deputies were NOT in pursuit of the vehicle at the time of the crash.

The driver was taken to the hospital by Wicksburg Rescue for further treatment.
