UPDATED at 7:13 PM... Motor Vehicle Accident on East Saunders

HOUSTON COUNTY:  At 7:05 PM...Hodgesville Fire with mutual aid from Lovetown Fire and Rehobeth Fire and Local ambulance responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash on east Saunders at the Railroad crossing .

Houston County Sheriff’s Office and EMA also responded. The road and railroad crossing is closed until it can be cleaned up. The cause of the crash is under investigation by Dothan Police. Due to the wreck being in the City limits of Dothan. Engine 4 responded but was canceled due to no injuries.

UPDATED @ 7:13 PM...

The vehicle was west bound and ran off the road and struck the railroad crossing signal and then ended up in the ditch. The first deputy advised no injuries.
