DOTHAN: at 7:41 PM.. Dothan Police responded to a firearm assault in the 900 block of Sixth Ave. Reports are the victim is already at the hospital. Witness stated the suspect a black male jumped into a passenger car and fled the scene. Police are still trying to figure out what happened.
Police are attempting to located a crime scene while other police officers are at the medical center.

Just received word that police have a vehicle at the hospital with crime scene tape around it. It's not known what it is taped off, but investigators are looking at everything.
