UPDATED at 9:10 PM... Single Vehicle Accident inthe 200 Blockof Old 84 in Ashford

HOUSTON COUNTY: 7:04 AM.... Ashford Police, Ashford Fire and Ashford Rescue responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash in the 200 block of Old Ashford Road. The driver was transported by ambulance to the hospital with a Trauma Alert.
Dothan Fire was requested at time of dispatch and were able to meet Ashford Rescue at the Scene. Houston County Sheriff’s Office also responded.
The area where the crash occurred is closed until it can be cleaned up. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
Do to the severity of injuries, we are with holding pictures until the family can be notified.
