Wicksburg Man Charged with Three Counts of Sexual Abuse

On February 28, 2018 the Houston County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a Sexual Assault in the 300 Block of Laura Ln., Wicksburg, AL.
An Investigation ensued, and on March 6, 2018, Joe Alfredo Contreras, a white male of Wicksburg, AL was arrested on three counts of Sexual Abuse 1st Degree and one count of Sodomy 1st Degree.
Contreras was placed in the Houston County Jail with bonds totaling $60,000.00. The Investigation is ongoing, and additional charges may be forthcoming.
