Barbour Creek Shooting Academy’s, Women’s Don’t Be A Victim, Workshop is a must take for anyone serious about protecting themselves and their family. Covering items such as how to properly identify and organize your property in case of theft, controlling a violent confrontation, deadly force and the law, and home invasions, this course provides all attendees with vital knowledge needed to protect themselves, their family and their property. The introductory pistol portion of this course is designed with the first time pistol shooter in mind and is primarily focused on firearm safety. Participants will also learn proper grip techniques, sight alignment, stance, pistol components and maintenance.


Participants will need to wear loose, comfortable clothing and shoes to be prepared for an educational and busy day on the range. Shooters can bring their personal protection weapon(s) of choice and a minimum of 100 rounds of ammunition. If you have not yet purchased a weapon of your own, pistols are available to rent in the main office. All other material and safety equipment is provided. Ammunition is available for purchase at a discounted price for participants. 


Costs in only $75.00 per-person and includes lunch.
