 The Way I See It

The way I see it, the Bible is the most important book in the world.  It is the Word of God.  It is the only Word of God.  There is no other book which comes from God. 

 

The Bible tells us what God is like, what Jesus is like, and what the Holy Spirit is like.  The Bible tells us how to have the right relationship with God.  This book teaches us how to be saved and how to live the Christian life.  It directs us in coping with temptation, suffering, disappointment, illness and depression.  It teaches us how to pray.  It tells us everything me need to know about the church and its function.  It assures us that there is a heaven and that there is a hell.  In short, the Bible tells us everything we need to know in order to be saved and go to heaven.

 

This is the most important book for everyone to have in his/her home.  We need to read it every day.  We need to search out its riches.  We need to meditate upon it day and night.  I challenge each one of you to do this.  You will be the one who is blessed.

 

All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.
