Hello, I have a concern that I'm bringing to your attention so, here it is. Last night 5 April, 2014 I was traveling on Ft. Rucker Military Installation . As I was traveling on Hatch Rd. I was approaching a sharp curve as a began to slow down my vehicle fish tailed and I spun around twice, slipped off of the road way, and ran into the ditch. I then called the Ft. Rucker military police department. I explained what happened and had told the desk clerk I was okay and that I had someone coming to pull me out. A van came around the corner and it happened to be a Military Police. He stopped and asked if I was okay I told him I was fine.. About 25 minutes later a police car pulls up, and immediately demands my license, my vehicle was fine the officer seized my vehicle for it being "unfit" for the road, and write me two citations for getting into the accident. 1. Failure to maintain lane impact was on opposite side and 2. Defective equipment(tires) he said my tires what he thought defective.

And...where's the rest of the story? Have you retained an attorney? Have you spoken with the military police after they seized your vehicle? How did you get home?
