Jean Commander Smith of Geneva, born September 19, 1922, passed away Sunday, January 27, 2013 in Graceville Nursing Home. She was 90 years old.Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, January 31, 2013 at Bottoms Garden Chapel Funeral Home in Geneva. Burial will follow in Poplar Head United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 pm to 8 pm Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at the funeral home.She is survived by two children, Johnny Ray (Jo) Smith and Brenda Joyce (Fletcher) Arrington; two grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; three brothers, Coleman, Buck, and Bruce Commander.
