Please help the Wiregrass Area United Way Food Bank and The Radio People collect enough to meet the many requests for holiday food assistance. We will be at Southside Walmart on Thursday, Nov. 3, from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. If you'd like to donate, please purchase food while shopping and bring your donation to the Food Bank bins outside the store. We are in need of canned goods, dry goods, and frozen turkeys. And, in the honor of Food Bank tradition, we will again have our annual "Turkey Iron Bowl." Each turkey will represent a touchdown for the team of your choice. The challenge will be announced live as each team scores. Will it be Roll Tide...or War Eagle? You decide!
