An Alabama native Raheimi Kinsey was wrongfully arrested and charged with robbing a gas station attendant at gun point. Mr. Kinsey was found not guilty January 12, 2010, he was acquitted by the citizens of Houston county (jury) after being acquitted. Mr. Kinsey as two prior trails having ending with hung juries and one other trail having a miss-trail, for the same offense the Houston county district attorney office has determined to convict Mr. Kinsey despite their continued inability to prove Mr. Kinsey guilty. It is unjust for Mr. Kinsey and also the jury. The proof of the acquitted verdict by the jury………… we the family of Raheimi Kinsey and his attorney Mark overall are standing for justice 100%. ALSO:we the kinsey family showed for press conference but no media was there!
