What if?What if Valeska and Strange talked, then realized that it would cost Valeska politically locally if he (Valeska) headed this special Grand Jury for Big Luther?What if Valeska was backing and scratching the backs of Big Luther for future political payout?What if Big Luther and Valeska worked this scenario out several weeks before the announcement of forming this Special Grand jury and agreed it would need to look as if Big Luther was doing this all on his on?What if Valeska had issued an arrest warrant at any time for the individuals’ at Country Crossings?But wait the later would mean he is not on the Big Luther ’s team so scratch the above what if off.What if Valeska acting responsibly issues and arrest warrant on country crossing to clear the legality of the machines up?It means I would owe him and apology. I’m prepared to do just that. Do you think I will have too?What if, you could fool all the people some of the time and fool some of the people all the time?Answer: You could be the Houston County D.A.

WHAT IF - WHAT IF - WHAT IF Who cares "What if". Coulda woulda shoulda The Country Crossing issue is DEAD, so why do we keep revisiting this debacle over and over? That project was doomed from the beginning and the eventual outcome is NO surprise. Other states like Florida, Louisiana, Nevada and others have legalized gambling Alabama DOES NOT, and please do not bring up the Indians. Their reservations are Federally protected land and cannot be touched by Alabama law or it's authorities. It's like Ft. Rucker, Rucker geographically is in Alabama but the Alabama laws or the authorities have no jurisdiction there whatsoever. My point being it's all over......move on. Do something productive.
