Eufaula High Bass Team starts strong

On Saturday Feb 23rd the Eufaula High Bass Team fished in its first tournament at Lake Martin. EHS competed in a field of 15 boats from Eufaula, Auburn, Smiths, Beulah, Central and Glenwood high schools. The tournament was the first of the year in the East Alabama High School Bass Fishing Association. Eufaula High anglers Cassandra Gifford and Andy Moore took 2nd place with a 5 fish limit weighing 9 lbs and a big fish of 2.6 lbs. The team of Morgan Parmer and Cody Rosen from EHS took 5th with 5 fish weighing 6.11 lbs. Dylan Pugh and James Osbon of Eufaula took 9th and Dylan Ludlam and Dozier Greer took 10th for Eufaula. The next tournament will be March 9th at Lakepoint Marina in Eufaula.
