Evangelist Catholic Church in Enterprise will sponsor a Chili Cook Off

The Ladies Guild of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Enterprise will sponsor a Chili Cook Off on Saturday, January 19^th from 4:30 PM till 7:00 PM in the “new” parish hall, located on Heath Street (across from Bates Memorial Stadium)  The entry fee for each chili recipe is $20.  Bring your award winning chili and favorite toppings to serve like you serve at home.  Tasting containers and spoons will be provided by the Guild.  Entry forms are available on line at

 www.StJohnEnterprise.CatholicWeb.com; in the church office; by e-mail at [email protected]; or by calling Rani Myers at 208-2011.  Registration must be completed by January 16^th.   Fee for the public is $5.00, which gives you a bowl of your favorite chili and crackers, as well as the ability to sample all the recipes. Cash prizes and trophies will be awarded, as well as a “People’s Choice Award”.
