Albert W. Haberle, Sr., age 85, passed away peacefully in his home on May 6, 2016. He was surrounded by his loving wife, Barbara, of 66 years and their eight children.

 

He is preceded in death by his grandson Kevin Haines.

 

He leaves behind 16 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

 

He was a long standing member with the Steam Fitters Union Local 420. He was a jack of all trades and a master of most. He loved camping, fishing, boating and most of all spending time with his family. A dedicated husband and father, teacher, advisor, and mentor. He will be truly missed.

 

There will be a mass held in his honor on May 9, 2016, at 10 a.m. at St. Columba Church on Main St. in Dothan, AL. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Gentiva Hospice of Dothan, AL.
