Andree McDurmont Holley, 87, of Samson, Alabama, wife of Colonel Robert Columbus Holley, USAF, Ret., died Saturday, December 30, 2017.  Her visitation and service will be held at Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home in Geneva, Alabama Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. respectively. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Geneva.

 Andree was born November 13, 1930, in Samson to the late Fred Lehman McDurmont and the late Lillie Beckham McDurmont.  She married John Davis McCall in 1949, who preceded her in death. They have three children, Linda Hammer (Sandy), Fred McCall (Debbie) and Ricky McCall all of Samson.  In 1985, she married Robert Holley with which she shares three step-sons, Chris Holley (Suzanne), Virginia; Terry Holley (Beth), Maryland; and Dennis Holley (Luara), Tennessee. Andree also leaves behind many beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren; and two brothers, Bill McDurmont (Dora) and Bob McDurmont (June) both of Florida, as well as many nieces and nephews.

In 1949 Andree graduated from Samson High School and attended Troy State University in Troy, Alabama. She worked with the Samson Housing Authority for nine years and later owned and served as agent for McCall Insurance in Samson, until she retired in 1985. She was a member of Samson First Methodist Church where she sang in the choir for many years. She also attended Samson First Baptist Church.

Andree was preceded in death by one brother, Edwin McDurmont; two sisters, Pauline Bissonnette and Blondell Davison; and one niece, Alison McDurmont Fitzgerald.
