Mrs. Angela Pittman Killingsworth, of Enterprise, passed away on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at Enterprise Health and Rehab.  She was 82.

 

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 10, 2018 at New Hope Baptist Church with Reverend Mack King, Chaplain Reeder from Bagram Air Base, Afghanistan and son-in-law Mr. Steve Reeder officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory of Enterprise directing.  The family will receive friends on Saturday beginning at 1:00 and continuing until service time.

 

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.

 

Angela was born February 18, 1935, in rural Coffee County.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Anglin Pittman and Noma Tindol Pittman; her first husband, Travis C. Killingsworth and her second husband, James Roger Rudd.

 

Survivors include her daughter, Mrs. Lynn K. Reeder; son-in-law, Charles “Steve” Reeder, Lt Col, US Air Force (retired); grandson, Steven “Adam” Reeder, Train Master, Beltline RR, (Brooke), great granddaughters:  Amelia Reeder “Fissile Britches”, Abigail (welcome scheduled for May 2018); grandson,  Corey Lanton Reeder, Chaplain, CPT, US Army (Jillian), great granddaughters:  Evelynn “NNN”, Ellie “Little Human”, Ruthie “Neat Knee”; grandson:  Blake Pittman Reeder, CPT, US Army (Honorable Discharge) (Bethany), great grandson Gideon “Giddy”, great granddaughter Audrey “Stranger Danger”.
