OZARK….Ashlynne Lakota Clark, a resident of Ozark, died Friday afternoon, January 19, 2018 at Dale Medical Center in Ozark. She was 5.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, January 24, 2018 in the chapel of Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home with Reverend Kerry Mitchell officiating. Interment will follow in Midland City Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 9:00 until 11:00 A.M. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
Ashlynne was a native of Ozark and was a student at Lisenby Primary School in Ozark. She was preceded in death by her great-grandmother, Linda Windham Richards.
Survivors include her mother and step-father, Dakota Lynn Hobbs and Russell Earl Moore, Ozark; father, Trevor Brent Clark, Headland; two brothers, Jackson Laine Clark and James Casey Moore; grandparents, Errand Hobbs, Ozark and Erica Watford, Midland City; Roxie Clark, Eufaula, Ernie Clark, Headland and David Moore, New Brockton; Great-grandparents, Deborah Cook and Charles Davis both of Midland City; Nancy Hobbs and Lynn Hobbs, both of Ozark and Don Richards, Midland City and Billy Clark, Headland; great-great-grandfather, Marvin Windham; . Numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive.
Serving as pallbearers will be Brent Clark, Russell Moore, Tristan Hobbs and Errand Hobbs.
