Barbara Faye Stinson, of Andalusia, passed away on Monday, January 29, 2018.  She was 60.

 

Memorial services will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 1, 2018, in the chapel of Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory in Enterprise, with Bro. Bryan Sawyer, pastor of Fairview Baptist Church, officiating.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday beginning at 10:00 and continuing until service time.

 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Fairview Baptist Church, 3159 Highway 87, Samson, AL 36477.

 

Barbara was born June 8, 1957, in Opp, Alabama.  She was a member of Fairview Baptist Church.  She was preceded in death by her father, Clifford Stinson; her mother, JoAnn Blackmon; and grandparents, Clyatt and Barbara Snow.

 

Survivors include her dad, Braxton Blackmon of Elba; two sisters: Donna Hataway (Malcom) of Elba and Gail Blackmon of Opp; brother, Tim Blackmon (Janet) of Elba; four nieces and nephews: Brandy Chamblee, Bradley and Avery Hataway, and Jake Blackmon.
