Betty Spurlin Foley age 87, a resident of Elba, Alabama passed away Monday, February 11, 2019 at her home. Graveside services will be held at Evergreen Cemetery on Thursday, February 14, 2019 beginning at 11:00 AM with Rev. Michael Woodham officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home. Visitation will be at Hayes Funeral Home on Thursday morning, February 14th, from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM. The family request the omission of flowers and memorials, your thoughts and memories of Betty is all that is ask.

Mrs. Foley leaves behind a son, Timothy Foley of Elba, Alabama.

She was preceded in death by her husband Levy Lamar Foley, along with her parents Bunnie Lee Cooper Spurlin, and Albert Newton Spurlin.
