Billy Ray Phelps, age 66 of Enterprise, AL, passed away Friday, November 4, 2016 at Flowers Hospital.  

He served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War and was a disabled veteran.

Mr. Phelps was preceded in death by his Mom and Dad, Bennie Frank and Essie Mae Phelps, a sister and a brother.

Survivors include his wife, Rene Phelps, Enterprise, AL; daughter, Traci  Brentlinger and her fiancé, GeoffreyAbney, Elba, AL; one son, Tony Phelps (Debra) Enterprise, AL; four grandchildren, Beverly Boswell; Tristan Snow; James Helms; Ashlynn Helms; sister, Judy Compton; brothers, Danny Phelps; Donald Phelps; brother-in-law, Ray Mallette; numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at their home, 514 County Road 724, Enterprise, AL, on Monday afternoon, November 7, 2016 from 2:00 until 6:00.
