Mrs. Bobbie Jo Kilpatrick passed away on Thursday, September 21, 2017. She was 93.

Local funeral services will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 23, 2017 at Center Ridge United Methodist Church with Rev. David Mason officiating and Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home of Geneva directing. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service on Saturday.

Mrs. Kilpatrick will have a funeral service at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 24, 2017 in the chapel of Peoples Funeral Home in Hueytown, AL. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Gardens in Bessemer, AL with Peoples Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, beginning at 2:00 p.m. and will continue until service time.

Mrs. Kilpatrick was born on December 19, 1923 to the late Carl and Pearl McNair Johnson.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husbands, Norman Main and James Kilpatrick; grandson, Todd Richards; son-in-law, John P. Freeman.

She is survived by one son, Joel Main (Kim); daughter, Terry Freeman; grandchildren, Mark Freeman, Tracey Richardson, Scott Freeman (Stephanie), and Kristen Main; great-grandchildren, Daniel Richardson, Chase Richardson, Taylor Pappas (Tripp), Nick Freeman, and Avery Wood; great-great granddaughter, Olivia Pappas.
