Brandon Wyatt Kirkland, age 33 of Wicksburg passed away Monday, May 28, 2018 after a brief illness.

Funeral services for Brandon will be held at 11am Friday, June 1, 2018 in the Chapel of the Angels at Family First Funeral Care with Reverend Dwight Deal officiating. Burial will follow in the Webb City Cemetery with Family First Funeral Care directing. The family will receive friends from 6pm-8pm Thursday night at the funeral home.

Brandon was born April 29, 1985 in Dothan. He was a graduate of Wicksburg High School, class of 2003. Brandon enjoyed football and baseball, fishing and floating down the river. His greatest passion was rooting for his beloved Texas Longhorn’s!

Brandon is survived by two children, a son, Logan Kirkland of Newton and a daughter, Madison Brown of Wicksburg; his mother and step-father, Sherry and Rickey Ballard of Daleville; his father, Brad Kirkland (Natasha Gill) of Skipperville; a sister and brother-in-law, Brittney and Michael Jordan of Wicksburg; his maternal grandparents, Gerald and Barbara Miller of Wicksburg; paternal grandmother, Emma Spivey of Dothan; three half-sisters, Jessica Nikki (Jay) Cox of Loango, Willow Moore of Nebraska and McKenzie Mulligan of New York; a nephew, Brandy Colt Jordan of Wicksburg. Several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.
