Mrs. Cathryn Remsen, age 88 of Dothan passed away Thursday, April 19, 2018 at her home under the care of AlaCare Hospice.

Family First Funeral Care is orchestrating a simple cremation for Mrs. Remsen.

Mrs. Remsen was born in Hollywood, Florida, daughter of the late William E. Viton and Velma L. Aspy Viton. She had moved to the Wiregrass area from Owgeo, New York over 15 years ago. She retired from Tioga State Bank as a bank teller.

Mrs. Remsen was preceded in death by her son, William H. Remsen and a sister, Norma Jean Viton. She is survived by her husband, Wright Remsen, Dothan and  an aunt, Ruth Aspy of Blairsville, GA.
