Chad Duane Belzer, of Ozark, passed away Saturday, July 1, 2017 from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident in Marietta, Georgia. He was 46.

Chad was born July 28, 1970 in Chariton, Iowa to the late Milton Belzer and Sherri Roberts Cupit. Chad was an avid knife collector who enjoyed playing the guitar. He enjoyed detailing cars and motorcycles and was an excellent carpenter and cook. Chad will be remembered as someone who loved to help others and those in need always putting others first.

He is preceded in death by his father, Milton Belzer and his sister, Beth Ann Spurgeon.

Chad is survived by his mother and step-father, Sherri Cupit and Earl Cupit; his daughters, Brittany (Cory) Adair, Teylor (Robert) Martinez, Erika Belzer, and Victoria Haney; his brother, James (Krista) Arnold; his grandson, Gavin Stinchcomb; and other relatives and friends.

Memorial services will be held at 2 PM, Saturday, July 8, 2017 from the Ward Wilson Funeral Home Chapel.
