Charles “Charlie” Hinson of Dothan , 78, passed away on Wednesday, December 13th after a brief illness.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Hinson; mother, Alma Hinson; his brothers Edward, Bobby, and James Jr, . his first wife and mother of his children; Jenny Patricia Cooke Hinson; and second wife; Alverda Hinson.
He is survived by his daughter , Tami Hinson Johnson (Roger) ; his son, Todd Hinson (Teresa) grandsons: Blake, Jarod, Cam, Seth, and Mathew and one great grandson, Mason Jones.; step-children, Gary Hale, Martha Sharron, and Debra Sizemore.
We will celebrate the life of Charlie Hinson at Ward Wilson Funeral Home in Dothan, AL on Wednesday, December 27th from 5-7PM.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to his nurse, Sharon Ford for taking such good care of “Charlie”.
