Charles Edward Dalrymple of Enterprise, AL passed away Saturday, November 26, 2016 at Flowers Hospital. He was 84.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, November 28, 2016, at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church with Rev. Phil Cooley and Rev. Roger Richards officiating. Burial will follow in Meadowlawn Cemetery with Searcy Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends from 4:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M., Sunday, November 27, 2016 at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory. Memorials may be made to Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, 4015 Hwy. 27, Enterprise, AL 36330.
Charles was Maintenance Supervisor for Currie and McCreary Oil Co. and Big Little Stores for many years.
Survivors include two daughters, Sheila Grice (Ronnie) Destin, FL; Robin Johnson (Tommy) Enterprise, AL; four grandsons, Jeremy Grice (Natalie) Destin, FL; Brad Johnson; Brent Johnson (Kelsey Fields); Jared Johnson (Meagan Smart); great-granddaughter, Natalie Johnson; great-grandsons, Rollin Wright; Rider Wright, all of Enterprise, AL; 4 sisters, Barbara Ann Jordan (Roy A.), Enterprise, AL, Elaine Norris, Enterprise, AL, Sue Walker, Dothan, AL, Faye Sims, Enterprise, AL, Joyce James (Joddy), Enterprise, AL; 2 brothers, Douglas Dalrymple (Ann), Enterprise, AL, Paul Dalrymple (Betty), Enterprise, AL.
