Mr. David H. Roe of Newton passed away Friday, June 24, 2016 at Flowers Hospital. He was 70.

 

Memorial services will be at 4:00pm on Friday, July 1, 2016 in the chapel of Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory in Enterprise with Reverend Steve Bruce officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 3:00pm and continuing until service time.

 

Mr. Roe was born November 27, 1945 in Gadsden, Alabama to the late John Cagle and Annie Francis Denney Roe. In addition to his parents, his wife, Josephine Arrington Roe, as well as one sister, Margie Bray, preceded him in death.

 

Survivors include two sons, Michael Roe, Joshua Roe, one daughter, Rena Logsdon (John); one brother, John Cecil Roe (Regina), five grandchildren: Jessica Gabrielson, Sam Logsdon, Michael Logsdon, Caleb Logsdon (Stephanie), Jarrett Logsdon, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
