Obituary: Donald Wayne "Lil Wayne" Mills II

 

Donald Wayne "Lil Wayne" Mills II of Enterprise passed away Saturday, February 3, 2018 at his home.  He was 20.

 

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at Hillcrest Baptist Church with Rev. Jim Duhaime officiating.  Interment will follow in Meadowlawn Cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory of Enterprise directing.

 

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.

Lil Wayne, our loving Angel, was born July 20, 1997 in Houston County, Alabama. He loved Barney and Friends, watching Cars and balloons!  He loved people, was always full of life and his sweet spirit will be dearly missed.

 

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Marie Blanton; grandfather, Jess Blanton; and brother-in-law, Brock Hudson.

 

Survivors include his mother, Vonzetta Mills, Enterprise; father, Wayne Mills (K.K.) Florence; sister, Audriana Hudson, Enterprise; brother, Kevin Dowdy, Jack; grandparents: Lewis Hensley and Don & Erma Mills;  nephews: Kevin Dowdy, Jackson Dowdy and Landon Hudson; other family and friends.

 

Pallbearers will be Kevin Dowdy, Kevin Dowdy, Jr., Jackson Dowdy, Kyle Wambles, James Woods and Brandon Woods.
