Donzell Jenkins, age 87, a resident of Dothan, passed away on Sunday, August 6, 2017.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 10, at Glover Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Thomas Harrison and Reverend Eddie Littlefield officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Hill Cemetery with Kendall Glover directing.

The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m.

Mr. Jenkins was born January 30, 1930, in Jackson County, Florida. He worked in industrial management and was a supervisor at Sony Corporation until his retirement in 1990. He was a member of Harper’s Joy Assembly of God Church.

He is survived by his wife, Johnnie Andrews Jenkins; two sons, Don (Marcia) Jenkins of Hampton, New Hampshire, and Sammy (Judy) Jenkins of Dothan; a grandson, Adam Jenkins, and a granddaughter, Kati (Randy) Bullock; a great grandson Riley Bullock; a brother, Lezell (Betty) Jenkins; and several nieces and nephews.
