Dr. Kenneth Earl Johnson, age 58, of Enterprise, AL, passed away, Monday, November 6, 2017 in Flowers Hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Thursday, November 9, 2017 at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel with Rev. Stanley Carter and Dr. Ben Bowden officiating.  Burial will follow in Meadowlawn Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday beginning at 9:30 A.M.  In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to:  First Baptist Church Building Fund, 302 North Main Street, Enterprise, AL 36330.

Dr. Johnson had a love for teaching and spent his entire lifetime teaching and helping others.

Survivors include his wife, Donna Johnson, Enterprise, AL; two daughters, Amanda Kay Johnson, New York City, NY; Amethyste Sanchez (Jacob) Bainbridge, GA; one son Earl Johnson (Joy) Leland, NC; two step-children, Russell Shimunek (Cristy); Garrett Shimunek; grandchildren, Cali Holt; Nourah Holt; Tobias Johnson; Reilly Johnson; Sarah Belle Shimunek.
