Mrs. Elaine King Brannon of Westville, Florida passed away Monday, November 27, 2017. She was 71.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, November 30, 2017, in the chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home in Geneva with Rev. Gary Newell and Rev. Charles Barton officiating.  Burial will follow in the Mt. Olive Assembly of God Cemetery with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home directing.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday beginning at 1:00 p.m. and continue until service time. The family will be at the home of her daughter, Rena Welch, at 1777 Bowers Road, Westville, Florida.

Mrs. Brannon was born July 11, 1946, in Holmes County, Florida to the late Wilburn Waylon and Alice Mae Lashley King.  Her favorite pastime was fishing.  She was a very loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

In addition to her parents, her husband, Billy Ray Brannon, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her daughter, Rena Welch; son, Steve Gillman and fiancé Stephanie Phillips both of Westville; two step-sons: David Brannon (JaLisa) and Bobby Ray Brannon, both of Bonifay; grandchildren; Brandi Gillman, Jacob Gillman, Kayla Brown (Clay) and Waylon Welch and fiance Porsha Yarbrough; great-grandchildren; Kaden Gillman, Warren Brown and Kaylee Mae Brown, and other extended family and friends.
