DOTHAN. . .Eugene Edward Rowe, a resident of Dothan, died Thursday, June 28, 2018, at his home. He was 83.

  Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, July 2, 2018, in the Cloverdale Baptist Church with Pastor Alan Bryan officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory, between Headland & Dothan. Holman-Headland Mortuary & Cremations is in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 P.M. Monday in the church sanctuary.

  Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to Cloverdale Baptist Church, 806 Dexter Street, Dothan, AL 36301.

  Mr. Rowe was born in Crandon, Wisconsin and was reared in Muskegon, Michigan, son of the late Chester Rowe and Gladys Puckett Rowe. He served his country in the U. S. Air Force during the Korean War. Mr. Rowe was a graduate of Western Michigan University. He attended the Cloverdale Baptist Church. Mr. Rowe retired from Inco Alloys as Plant Manager in Elkhart, Indiana. He was preceded in death by a sister, Delores Tuffs.

  Surviving relatives include his wife, Beverly Rowe; two sons, Randy Rowe (Tamara), Caryville, Florida; and Ronald Rowe (Michelle), Melbourne, Florida; two brothers, Everett Rowe, Manton, Michigan; and David Rowe, Tucson, Arizona; and eight grandchildren, Stephen, Elijah, Jake, Alex, DeAnna, Kerry, Hayley and Connor.
