Frances (Fafee) Avrett Crocker, age 90, of Dothan, AL, passed away, Tuesday, July 05, 2016 at her home.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Friday, July 8, 2016 at Meadowlawn Cemetery with Rev. Teddy Avery officiating.  The family will receive friends at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory on Thursday, July 7, 2016 from 4:00 to 6:00 P.M.  Memorials may be made to Taunton Family Children’s Home, PO Box 870, Wewahitchka, FL 32465.

Mrs. Crocker was a long time member of First United Methodist Church of Enterprise and Dothan.  She formerly was the owner of Frances Fashion Shoppe in Enterprise.

She was preceded in death by her sisters and brothers, Claire Sessions, Juanita Daws, Blondell Davis, Alma Parker, Ted Avrett, Bill Avrett and Obie Avrett.

Survivors include her daughter, Joyce Tyson (James) Dothan, AL; grandchildren, Chadwick James Tyson (Mary Alice); Troy Marion Tyson (Michele); great-grandchildren, Lauren, Ethan, Emma and Owen Tyson.
