Gary Ledbetter, of Elba, passed away on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at home, with his family by his side.  He was 65.

 

In keeping with his wishes, memorialization will be by cremation, and no services are scheduled at this time.

 

Gary was born June 14, 1952, in Dayton, Ohio.  He was employed for many years at Dorsey Trailers.

 

He was preceded in death by his father, Joe W. Ledbetter; brother, Steve Ledbetter; and daughter, Angela Ledbetter.

 

Survivors include his wife, Debra B. Ledbetter of Elba; three children: Tina Ledbetter of Ohio, Tabitha Odom of Elba, and Jessie Schultz (Jennifer) of Elba; mother, Ruby Ledbetter of Tennessee; and two brothers: Larry Ledbetter of North Carolina, and Al Ledbetter of South Carolina.

 

The family thanks Dr. Gammill and the staff of Kindred Hospice for their loving, compassionate care.
