George Daniel "Buddy" Loggins
age 76 of Hilton Georgia passed away Sunday December 4, 2016 in Blountstown Florida.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2PM EST on Friday December 16, 2016 at New Hope Worship Center in Donalsonville Georgia with the Rev. Tony Buczek officiating.
He was born July 5, 1940 in Jefferson County Alabama, the son of the late Thurman and Nellie Loggins of Hilton Georgia. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Mary Francis Loggins.
He is survived by a very special friend, David Hay of Donalsonville Georgia; daughter Vickie Maxfield (Jim) Ozark Alabama; grandson Joshua Maxfield, granddaughter Whitney Jones, two grandsons Aydin and Dyson and his former wife, Sue Bowman, all of Ozark Alabama.
Two nieces, Sherline Hudson (Mike) Columbia Alabama; Lynn Laham (David) Wichita Kansas; nephew, Cecil Cook Jr. (Rebecca) Dothan Alabama.
He had numerous other great nieces and great nephews that he loved dearly.
He was a veteran of the United States Air Force serving his country in the Vietnam War.
The family extends a special thank you to his caretaker, David Priest.
His smiles and laughter will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
