OZARK. . .George Edward Miller, a resident of the Ewell Community, near Ozark, died Friday night June 9, 2017, at his home. He was 74.

            There are no funeral or memorial services planned at this time.

            Mr. Miller was born and reared in Carroll County, Mississippi, son of the late George Franklin Miller and Carrie Easter Self Miller. He was retired, due to disability, as a truck driver, from Knowles Trucking Company in Webb. Mr. Miller was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was preceded in death by a son, George Edward Miller, Jr.

            Surviving relatives include a sister, Sarah Castleberry, Grenada, MS; special friends, Sheryl Benton, Ozark; and Preston Knowles, Jr. (Stacy), Webb, AL;
