Geraldine Salter, age 89, of New Brockton, AL, passed away, Thursday, June 16, 2016 at her home.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 Noon, Saturday, June 18, 2016 at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel with Bro. Greg Stanford officiating.  Burial will follow in Goodman Cemetery with Searcy Funeral Home directing.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to service time on Saturday. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Goodman Cemetery, 463 County Road 633, Enterprise, AL 36330.

Mrs. Salter was preceded in death by her husband, Marvie Ray Salter.

Survivors include her daughter, Joyce Brunson; two sons, Jerry Ray Salter (Gail); Murray Salter (Susan) all of Goodman, AL; grandchildren, Dina Parker (Keith) Goodman; Shannon Brown (Shannon) Enterprise; Michelle Salter, Goodman; Brandon Salter (Melissa) Enterprise; Scottie Farris (Nicole) Goodman; great-grandchildren, Heath Parker, Goodman; Corey Parker, Elba; Blaine Brown; Alybelle Brown; Ethan Salter; Logan Salter; Colson Salter, all of Enterprise; Mariah, Maddie, McKenzie and Maleah Farris, Goodman; great-great-grandchildren, Julia Lynn Parker, Goodman; Madishae Richardson, Elba.
