ABBEVILLE. . . Hannah Johnson Terry, a resident of Stoneridge Estates on Lake Eufaula, died Sunday, December 31, 2017, at her home. She was 68.

            A gathering of family and friends for remembrances will be held Saturday, January 13, 2018, from 1:00 until 5:00 P.M. at her residence, 254 Brannon Drive, Abbeville.

            Mrs. Terry was born and reared in Livonia, Michigan and formerly lived in Ellenton, Florida before moving to Henry County, Alabama on Lake Eufaula in 2005. She was affiliated with the Ft. Gaines Presbyterian Church. In earlier years, Mrs. Terry was employed with her husband as a bookkeeper in the operation of Terry’s Engine in Ellenton, Florida. She was preceded in death by her husband, Morris Terry, a son, Anthony Russell Pitt, her father, Edwin L. Johnson and her mother, Fern E. Ault Johnson.

            Surviving relatives include three daughters, Belinda Rimer, Bradenton, FL; Wendy Ezell (Donnie), Eufaula; Kimberly Long (Sarasota, FL); two sisters, Marion Lee Buch (Robert), St. Pete Beach, FL; Anne Marie Trapp, Douglasville, GA; a brother, Don Hugh Johnson (Joey), Sanderson, FL; four grandchildren, Dalton Rimer, Carter Welsh, Logan Ezell and Gabriel Long; a special friend, Thomas Glenn Newton.
