Hazel Noma Jean Kelley Bouy Whitaker, age 86, of Enterprise, AL, passed away, Tuesday, March 20, 2018 in a Dothan Hospital.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Friday, March 23^rd at Pinecrest Cemetery in Marianna, FL with Rev. Mike Foreman officiating with Searcy Funeral Home directing.

Survivors include three daughters, Nita Bourne (Robert) Enterprise, AL; Rebecca Carr (Dewayne) Enterprise, AL; Jacqueline Bouy, Altha, FL; one son, James Neiswender (Trish) Watsonville, PA; 6 grandchildren, Traci Ryan (Jason); Tommy Neiswender; Brett Huffine; Ian Daft; Ashley Carr; Travis Carr; two sisters, Juanita Hagler, Donalsonville, GA; Betty Arnold (Jack) North Carolina; one brother, Lamar Kelley, FL; one great-grandchild, Naya Goldman.
